Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is the descent of one or more anterior vaginal wall, posterior uterus (cervix), apex vagina (vaginal vault cuff scar after hysterectomy). However, it primarily associated with delivery, which leads to pelvic floor muscle connective tissue injury. POP presents various symptoms may include urinary, bowel, and/or sexual dysfunction.
